Reports that dirty clothes deter deer may be true. Harry's sock in the sweet potatoes seemed to do the trick! The deer had this eaten back to a stub but it grew back after we gave it the sock treatment and no more nibblers visiting.

Glad to know that you remember us. Your garden looks yummy. Ours isn't doing so good this year. But there is always next year.
The socks look like a great trick. Wonder if that would work for the moles around our flowers in the front yard. Probably if we stuffed them down the mole holes.
Hmmmm...I'll have to remember this. Pat & I are hoping to try our hands at a garden next year at the new house!
